FLMA violations, ADA violations. NLRA violations. Kenny Williams, their CPO allows and participates in all of these illegal activities. They keep employing him because he's mostly been successful at whitewashing the company and covering things up. They have illegally retaliated against employees attempting to form a union and continue to illegally interfere with the formation of a union. They cut health insurance benefits to put more money into the owner's pockets. They have a history of paying women and other minorities less money for the same position. "We're cutting the health benefits because too many of you used them last year". They had a lot of people fooled with their core values being allegedly "fast, kind, driven". The "kind" is BS. The employees are currently actively protesting and advertising the company's failures with Facebook ads.
