Pros

Teams are great and eager to share knowledge as well as learn new things.

Cons

Leadership seems to be only focused on revenue rather than creating a motivated workforce to drive revenue up. Little to no motivation for employees to excel. Near stagnant pay over the past few years. Little to no recognition for employees that are considered top earners, preferred and trusted client advisors, and maintain a high utilization. Periodic layoffs.

Pros

There are many talented and highly skilled people to work with. Many of them are happy to offer help if you ask. Everyone is motivated to earn new IT certifications and continuously develop their skills. They work hard to be excellent consultants. It was a challenging environment for me, but it also offers many opportunities to prove your value and grow within the team. Personally, my manager was a great person to work for since he was patient and helpful all the time.

Cons

There aren't much training offered for new hires. A decent skill set (IT, customer facing)is expected from the start. There aren't much time until you get clients assigned to work as a consultant to fix all the issues they have.
