Pros

Made many life-long friends through the years.

Cons

Incredibly poor management of projects and staff. Seems that any project I was placed on the past several years was already late/distressed/behind. Of course the fix is to throw random resources at a task and hope somebody poops out a diamond. Bad projects can and do happen but it became the norm for me.

Pros

Get paid on time every month

Cons

Senior leadership is ineffective and struggles to provide clear strategy, direction, or support across teams. • India-based leadership lacks capability and doesn’t demonstrate the involvement or guidance employees expect. • Rude and unresponsive HR adding to frustration for employees. The whole HR team is interesting only in gossiping. • Offshore teams receive very little meaningful work, leading to constant underutilization and low morale. • The India office is not treated as a priority, with minimal focus or investment from the company. • Overall environment feels neglected, directionless, and discouraging for anyone looking for growth.

Pros

Great Place to Work with Supportive Leadership and Growth Opportunities I’ve had an excellent experience working here. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where employees are truly valued. Leadership is approachable and transparent, which makes communication easy and effective. One of the biggest strengths is the focus on professional development—there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on challenging projects. Work-life balance is respected, and the team environment is both motivating and supportive. Overall, this is a company that cares about its people and encourages innovation. I’m proud to be part of an organization that prioritizes both employee well-being and customer success.

Cons

Nothing as of now .
