Pros

* Exposure to cutting edge technology * Positive and uplifting culture * Honesty and transparency by the leadership * Get to work with very talented and brilliant people

Cons

Benefits are a bit pricey for what you get. Might be a general reality for every company these days, though. We also seem to still have some bad blood from bad relationships with pre-Quisitive clients to work out.

Pros

Professional consulting is good because of the myriad technologies and industry sectors to which one gets exposed in a very short time period, relative to holding a position with the same old responsibilities day in and day out as a regular employee in a company.

Cons

The leadership is dishonest, without integrity and untrustworthy from the top down.

Pros

About 3 of us left that seem to care about creative work that matters.

Cons

Where to begin? I have read the other reviews and clearly someone from the management team has been instructed to get more stars. But read those reviews carefully and know that they are not real. And even if they were, can you imagine a more disconnected organization with nothing but 5 star and 1 start reviews? Seems fishy - right? Go with your gut. I have seen the worst transformation of an organization in my 12 year career. The owner cares about nothing but himself, and his cue ball friend has alienated everyone and cost the company talent, clients, and our reputation. What the other reviews say about egos is true. The owner purchased our branch from a larger organization and has proceeded to push everyone over the edge. My wife has seen this transition through my eyes and says it's taken a toll. I have two options set up and will be making a decision soon. I am heartbroken over the lack of concern for the people here, and even more concerned about our current and potential clients. I joined an organization that had a heart. That is gone and has been replaced by pure narcissism.
