Pros
Smart Idea: Quixey has a smart idea. By smart, I mean it's unique and also most appropriate for the current time. The founders and senior management have thought over this, and constantly revisit to make sure, we have the highest clarity on what the company does, it's current and future prospects and it's reliance on new employees to create value. Fine People: The people at Quixey make Quixey happen. I have seen a keen interest in seeing people being constantly involved with the interview process to make sure, that we not only get the finest employees in terms of technology, expertise and communication skills, but also in terms of how well they would fit with the culture to move Quixey forward. Great Progress: Over the last 1.5 years, since I have joined, Quixey has made great strides in technology, adoption, and partnerships. I feel they are moving on the right path, with the right priorities.
Cons
I don't really seen any cons, but I do see challenges. The challenges Quixey will face are more to do with dealing with change. As the company grows, they will need to learn to adapt to the change, in terms of the software they build, the people they hire and the processes they use.
