Pros

Build on top of latest open source latest - spark, kafka, elasticsearch, camel, do amazing technical things with very few people.

Cons

So far, a single big customer, need to find more customers to spread the risk and actually build a platform. Because of the single customer, sometimes customer requirements lead to building tech debt.

The only work environment I was a part of, where I was excited to go to work every morning: - Learned a ton. - Awesome culture. - Great benefits. - Lots of freedom. - Worked wth people who were /are smarter than me. - Served as a launching pad for my career in BD in tech.

Cons

I was a part of the organization when the company was in early stages... things were changing and priorities were shifting frequently.

Fast growth leading to some highly likable people leaving High pressure start-up - at a stage we must gain more customers Management is sometimes a little too frank with their comments
