Pros

The work is challenging and interesting, we get to work on awesome projects. We are given a lot of autonomy, employees are highly valued at this company and there’s a culture of respect.

Cons

To date I haven’t experienced any notable cons.

Great startup

Pros

Smart people, good management on both the tech and business sides. Lots of interesting insight into how a tech startup is run.

Cons

Hours were a bit longer (around 50 when I was there, though it's probably lower now), but quite reasonable for a startup.
