      -Excellent CEO and VP of Sales - Incredibly talented colleagues - Company has empathy/compassion both for our hospital partners and also the patients they serve

      Pick a metric. Any metric. We doubled it this year. Very approachable upper management. A mission to believe in.

      Cons

      We doubled headcount. Which brings certain growing pains. Office is not on the Caltrain artery (though there is a nearby VTA...) which makes commuting longer.
