      Work to life balance, unlimited vacation.

      Cons

      Same people responsible for the same process with the same inefficiencies lasting for years. Weak attempts to address operationalization problems with unknown perspectives.

      Lot's of potential with loads of disorganization

      Pros

      Work life balance is great, everyone is willing to help everyone else, plenty of opportunities to be involved both socially and in a work related manor.

      Cons

      Complete and utter disorganization from top to bottom. Everyone has their own idea of what is a priority and as a result every issue or goal is targeted with ferocity for about a week and then it's on to the next issue. Nothing is complete, there's no prioritized list of tasks.

      Manager does not micromanage, helpful when needed and is respectful and professional Great mission and culture love my team, competitive pay

      Cons

      No cons, from all the companies in the space I interviewed at this was the best. Some of those other companies in the medical space had really young managers that try to Woo you Reallyaton but reviews (now gone) said disrespectful and mean. Glad I came here instead
