Pros

Every individual at Qventus is passionate about changing the way healthcare operates. Hospitals and health systems are completely ineffective for providers and patients. If you want to work for a company that is making the healthcare experience better, than join Qventus.

Cons

It's interesting that the company expounds the virtues of decentralized decision making. They are the most micro managing, controlling management team I have ever worked for. Why hire people with amazing skills if you basically do not want them to think? You don't trust them. And, you want to do it yourself anyway? It's oppressive and demoralizing. Things never get done on time because, even with agreement, management wants to question, redo or just do it them self?

Pros

Good people. Good product. Good customers.

Cons

You'll never see a Bon Voyage party for people that leave. No loyalty to long time employees. They have a serious employee recognition issue, they just don't do it. They rely on a "kudos" slack channel so any praise comes from the same 3-5 co-workers who hype up their own team. Company leaders can't be bothered to single out hard workers that are always heads-down working.

Driven, passionate, and collaborative people

Cons

Lacking adequate staff to develop new products and support existing ones. Flagship Inpatient product lacks differentiation and end user engagement. Too heavily reliant on orchestrated and sustained behavior change from a large amount of customer users across each organization, with extremely lean customer support/management.
