      It is a very collaborative and team oriented company. Leadership is incredibly supportive and hands on in regards to sharing responsibilities and engaging their teams in the day to day. They are constantly motivating us to take on new challenges and offering opportunities for growth. Very positive work environment though certainly stressful at times which is expected due to our market growth!

      We have growing pains; need to hire as fast as we are growing!
