Pros
This is the most engaged I have ever been in a job. Besides the number of hours in a day, the binding constraint on my impact is my own ability to prioritize and figure out what resources I need. I'm working hard, learning like crazy, and couldn't be happier that I decided to join.
The leadership team is everything I would want them to be: humble, smart, and willing to get their hands dirty. The whole company is oriented around the actual outcomes that matter for patients, care providers, and hospitals, not just building a tool that sells.
The mission is energizing and the business opportunity is enormous.
Cons
Getting acclimated to startup pace and the healthcare domain can be overwhelming at the beginning.
The usual startup growing pains: we continuously have to relearn how to do everything as old processes break as we grow in size.
Current office is not walkable from Mountain View Caltrain (rough on those commuting from San Francisco).
