Great Internship Program - Learned a TON about manufacturing!

- Management was really nice and fun to work with. - Hours pretty flexible if needed. - Great company to intern at and get manufacturing experience within your field of study.

Cons

I felt like I could have been given more projects... Most internships are like this though as interns are rather inexperienced so this is understandable.

Pros

Work 7 days a week so the overtime is there for the taking.

Cons

Toxic environment, work most holidays and shutdown, huge conflict of interest of management, certain supervisors only care about the numbers and disregard the health of the employees. Annual bonus are low and are "withheld ".
