international travel. that's it.

Cons

excessive turnover of employees and no willingness to retain personnel, poor holiday time off situation requiring utilization of vacation time to cover even though you can't come in and work. Executive management won't speak to you if you are below a certain level. Not a place to spend a career.

Excellent benefit package and good job security. A lot of employees have worked at the company for a long time for those reasons.

Cons

They don't function like a global company. HR is out-of-touch and ineffective.
