Project Ronin values user-centered design in every avenue of its business. Whether it's making product decisions or a strategic business decision. It's rare to see a company stick data-driven user backed decisions.

Cons

There is a lot to do and not enough people to do it.

Pros

Joining Project Rōnin was one of the best decisions I've made. Rōnin is the best place I've worked for three reasons: team, culture, and mission.

Cons

As with any fast-paced company, Rōnin is going through transitional problems. That's to be expected and understood.
