+ The team takes the mission of improving patients' lives very seriously, which makes our work very meaningful + The team has been selective in its hiring, so we get to work with an A-Team, which makes working a lot of fun! + The team cares a lot about nurturing and developing its people + Well stocked snacks and puppies in the office

– You can't beat a mission where you are extending and improving people's lives directly – They have a strong, open, flat culture that they crafted carefully and protect as they grow. – The bar for hiring has been high (both in skill and passion for the mission) so the people you work with are amazing. That means you grow and get more done.

Cons

Since its currently as startup you'll get less benefits as you do at the big established companies.
