      Oppurtunity to be involved in a wide variety of work within the heavy civil field, can be small enough to handle $10k jobs and can size up to $150mill jobs.

      Cons

      Chain of command doesn't seem to matter, favorites are played, rules apply to some but not to all, typically a sense that work comes first.
