Pros

Casual work environment, free snacks that are pretty decent

Cons

R/GA seems in decline these days and it shows with all the empty desks from layoffs and abrupt firings. We've lost a lot of clients too. Sadly they are leaning into the decline with all the layoffs and outsourcing, which in turn have triggered an exodus of the few good senior managers. There has been so much loss of talent and it's really sad. The work also sucks, it's boring and can't keep up with competitors. They also seem to be trying a new consulting model that they'll never be successful at simply because they don't pay as much as bigger better consulting agencies. I also felt there was a strong bias against women and women talked about it often. Women are often not included in important decisions or projects. It was frankly pretty depressing. Also depressing is the office itself. People are unfriendly, eat lunch at their desks, work so late they don't have any life because they are so over-allocated.

Pros

Talented individuals, awesome work.

Cons

Long hours. Top talent is rewarded with more and more work. After its huge expansion, R/GA was filled with a bunch of corporate office drones to "run" the business side. This seriously eroded the culture.
