Pros

Super smart people and independent working environment. Great pay and mostly flexible hours. Top tier clients (great if you're looking to build an impressive portfolio).

Cons

With much pay, much is expected—too much. Expect to work and re-work and re-work your concepts, as they are subject to more subjective judgment than most places I've worked. The creative product is rarely "good enough" for these impossible standards, and that's before the client even gets involved. Hard to understand what standard concepts should meet.

Pros

R/GA employs some great people who are easy to work with and are very collaborative, I have seen even more so on the creative side.

Cons

This place is a nightmare when it comes to process and management. The systems are stuck in the 90's, much of the work is overly manually making employees frustrated and less productive. Management is in a state of constant turnover so no one really has insight into the past or present. Management is constantly pushing for things they do not understand and cannot give a clear picture of what they want. The worst part is the workspace, people are packed into a dark small space with tiny desk lamps as light.

Pros

talented & ambitious people, crave ownership of projects

Cons

agency shifting from production-led to client services-led model, inevitably means shorter timelines & more demands on the day-to-day teams
