Pros

The people who work at R/GA are the smartest in the business.

Cons

R/GA is huge. Could get lost here without proper guidance.

Pros

You're not just given a corner to cower in for 3 months. -The pay for interns was well over minimum wage and included time-and-a-half for overtime. I've had an internship before this at another large agency which paid $6/hr *less* than R/GA. Living in New York, that makes a huge difference. -Virtually ego-free office. Everyone is pretty happy to be working at R/GA–they don't have an axe to grind. As a result, the creative teams are really pleasant to work with. They value an idea based on its merit, not who came up with it. -You learn a lot, and you learn it from highly qualified people. We presented our long-term intern project to ECD's and EVP's. -You're given actual work, and when there's a lull you can come up with your own ideas and pitch them up the ladder. -Your support system is really great. Any questions or requests are responded to so quickly.

Cons

Having trouble thinking of any, really. It's a really big office???

Pros

Amazing people and you get to work with some of the best clients in the world. Also the company prides itself on growth and is always pushing itself to get more work and expand it's reputation so if you are looking for an ambitious company, this would be a good fit.

Cons

The company is a very large and publicly traded. Because of that there is a constant pressure that at times feels stifling and excessively bureaucratic.
