Pros

It's exremely innovative, there is a lack of ego compared to most agencies, full of smart/passionate people, and the work is diverse. It's an entrepreneurial environment that provides individuals with the autonomy to make things happen.

Cons

The Agency has grown extremely fast in the past few years which can make for a chaotic environment. The growth has slowed so there is more process being implemented than in the past.

Pros

R/GA does great work, win many awards (mostly design and advertizing awards) and does come cutting edge work. They are in a good situaltion which has created job stability and growth. Technically there are oportunites to try many different things.

Cons

Because most of the executives never leave, opportunities for growth only appear as new positions appear. Also, there are many postitions (though not all) where people are expected to work unreasonable hours. Often partly due to client expectations partly due to internal culture project schedules are compressed. Tech, on the end of the schedules is often impacted when creatives can't deliver ontime.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are generous. The company generally is a good place to work and the people are easy going and friendly.

Cons

The structure of the company is largely beginning to reflect traditional agency influence. The atmosphere of the company does not promote strong creative or interactive work. Advancement is generally time based and ability is not recognized or rewarded. Personal career development is normally a outside of job activity. Also people are viewed more as resources and treated as production pipelines rather than organic teams.
