      Pros

      Amazing talent in all disciplines. The people are smart and just want to do good work. A lot less ego than my experience working at other design shops and agencies. If you make the right alliances, you can grow within this company, and work on some cool projects. Overall a progressive working environment.

      Cons

      It's HUGE. Top level execs take all the credit for the work that the amazingly talented staff work so hard to create, and appreciation for their efforts rarely trickles down. While they are generous with title promotions, they are less so around salary. There is huge divergence in salary depending on who you are.

      One of the best digital agencies to work in São Paulo and with challenging projects, and also challenging because of time and team management.

      Cons

      Junior people in every team, sometimes with bad coaching. Producer's lives are sometimes too hectic.
