Pros

- Big clients that make you feel proud of your work - Interesting and challenging projects (not always, but often enough). - Fun people to hang out and work with (most of them). - Flexible hours.

Cons

- Terrible management. There are people put into extremely high ranks that do very little for the company, and also people who do a lot but are not getting what they deserve. - Lots of politics. Departments and offices are constantly competing for resources and recognition. - Poor compensation. - Occasional long hours. - No bonus. The base salary is everything.

Pros

Good people. Is not in the centre of BA so it is placed in a good place, Palermo. They have the same things that other companies have: 15 days of holidays, snack, coffee, all that. It seems that now they are changing some stuff to make this company what it was 3 years ago. Flexible office. Really nice people to work with. Opportunity to work with other offices and learn from that.

Cons

No bonus. It didn't grow organically. Almost all the good people left the building after zero increasement in their salary.

The culture of commitment to quality is fantastic, and the craft that comes with it. There is a lot of focus on hard work to get the right outcome. It's nice to be a part of an agency you know is widely respected because of this.

Cons

Process and structure is rigid to the point of prohibitive. Sometimes the culture can spill over into arrogance and pretension.
