Pros

- Get to work on high profile accounts - Worked with talented people - Good place to be freelance - Innovative - Good to have on the CV

Cons

- Confided with HR about becoming pregnant, they gossiped about the news with people beyond their department and news spread to my colleagues before the end of my first trimester. - No culture! People do their best to create it within account teams but nothing is lead by the agency. Free booze on a Friday but people barely bother to go down, people just take a drink back to their desks. Friday meetings usually accompanied by a company meeting about work. - Christmas and Summer parties have been held at the office for the last 3 or 4 years pretty lame. - They say they champion women with their 'Women Up' initative. However this is lead by people in the agency, the exec team have nothing to do with this, do not even attend the meetings. Meaning that in your day-to-day life as an employee there nothing is affected by this. The management team are all male. - Supposed budget for training, rarely signed off to be used - Won Digital Agency of the Year x3 in a row, there were no rewards for employees, didn't even pop a bottle of champagne for employees... - Rarely hero the employees. The most you get is a red cube. Company meetings are all about work. - Salary rises are only considered once a year no matter your circumstances. - Generally a culture for staying late for the sake of it - Low morale in the people
