Pros

Been here less than a year and I absolutely love it. There is a crazy amount of talent here and everyone is way nice.

Cons

I got nothing so far.

Pros

Came in and worked within a great team on what potentially could have been a challenging project, however thanks to the team, R/GA process, and a common sense of empowerment, the project ran extremely smoothly. Also worked with another R/GA office in Europe, on the same project and again this felt seamless, jumping on video calls to talk through ideas, tasks, and issues, was more than encouraged with no layers of management blocking this. I wasn’t exposed to any company politics, which I was happy about, since my freelance contract was project focused. Lastly some non work stuff, there were showers (lots) and secure bike storage, a good social side with Friday drinks and healthy work/life balance.

Cons

Currently can not think of any codes during my time at R/GA

Pros

R/GA employs some great people who are easy to work with and are very collaborative, I have seen even more so on the creative side.

Cons

This place is a nightmare when it comes to process and management. The systems are stuck in the 90's, much of the work is overly manually making employees frustrated and less productive. Management is in a state of constant turnover so no one really has insight into the past or present. Management is constantly pushing for things they do not understand and cannot give a clear picture of what they want. The worst part is the workspace, people are packed into a dark small space with tiny desk lamps as light.
