Pros

Talented people who treat each other with respect. Because of the high profile name... we got to pitch and work for some great high profile clients.

Cons

Smaller office in Stockholm compared to some of the other offices. London was kind of the big brother who could steal clients we won.

Talented individuals, awesome work.

Cons

Long hours. Top talent is rewarded with more and more work. After its huge expansion, R/GA was filled with a bunch of corporate office drones to "run" the business side. This seriously eroded the culture.
