      Pros

      R/GA NYC has a good culture. It's big but still feels like a small place. There are interesting projects to work on, and they're constantly innovating.

      Cons

      Too many politics. Getting in the work you want s very difficult.

      -Really great people, from both a professional and social standpoint -Depending on the client you are assigned to, there are opportunities to get in on some really innovative work that impresses - Name carries a lot of cache with other agencies once you add it to your resume

      Cons

      - Easy to get lost in the shuffle. - Go from periods of high-intensity work to periods of downtime - Dated and inconsistent facilities

      Pros

      Amazing culture. Highly innovative thinking. High caliber talent. Strong in vision. There is a long rich history with R/GA, in that the company doesn't hesitate to reinvent itself to ensure it is sticking to it's core values.

      Cons

      A little uncertain with rate of growth. Some of the intimate collaboration that was once prevalent in the mid 2000 feels like it is starting to disappear.
