      Pros

      Lots of smart people here solving creative problems. If you want to be challenged, it's a great place to come and learn. Looks great on a resume.

      Cons

      It's pretty siloed, so cross-team collaboration is fairly limited, which is a shame. It's also very "rock-star" driven. If you're not into tooting your own horn and elbowing up, its kind of a drag.
