      MAT Leave is Amazing but Raises are MEH

      Amazing MAT leave. Was able to take 6 months off fully paid. Came back to my job without any issues

      Cons

      Raises we pathetic this year and did not keep up with inflation. Also I have found out that I am underpaid compared to others in my role. I brought this up to management and they told me nicely there was nothing they could do and I just had to deal.

      Only salary package is within industry standard

      Cons

      Not too friendly people and, co-workers, not as welcoming as you’d want in a work environment. Very tense all the time with very few people who actually is friendly. Don’t be fooled by the awards and clients this company has.
