Pretty good clients, non-existent work/life balance

Pros

Client work is fun and there is usually budget to get pretty awesome work done.

Cons

Always too many cooks in the kitchen. There is no work/life balance - they try and make it a fun environment so people forget that they basically live at the office. Overly confident in themselves and way too expensive for clients

Pros

Challenging and stimulating work, everyone works hard and in turn makes you better. Good benefits, good work environment, occasional social gatherings.

Cons

It is hard work working here, but worth it. The industry in general requires long hours to do good work, that is the same everywhere so it is not a specific "Con" to this company, just the industry. Sometimes competition is too much- I had one co-worker steal some of my work and get incredible recognition in the press for it, disappointing.

Pros

Benifits and compensation are great. The people are really talented and always keep you on your toes. It's a great place to take your skills to the next level.

Cons

Like all big agencies, if you make an effort to put yourself out there and network - people will know you. If you simply do your job and nothing else, you'll get lost in the shuffle.
