Toxic office politics created rifts amongst teams. Good luck getting a promotion if you can't play that game.

Pros

Love the culture of cool kids doing cool thing and been hearing of new business despite the 'rona.

Cons

Hate the ol' boy vibes in the exec team, despite two high level women in leadership positions. From what I see, there's still white men high fiving and chest pumping in the C-suite. Other than that, it does seem like every other agency, they will limit your mobility if they find you useful as a day to day worker and you have to beg to be invested in for growth opps.
