Pros

The NY office has 5 groups - each group has its own culture and identity so if you get burned out on a particular client, industry, culture, etc. there's always an opportunity for a refresh. I generally find the environment very supportive, and I have an outsanding manager.

Cons

I've found it difficult to get to know people outside of my group.

Pros

Amazing talent in all disciplines. The people are smart and just want to do good work. A lot less ego than my experience working at other design shops and agencies. If you make the right alliances, you can grow within this company, and work on some cool projects. Overall a progressive working environment.

Cons

It's HUGE. Top level execs take all the credit for the work that the amazingly talented staff work so hard to create, and appreciation for their efforts rarely trickles down. While they are generous with title promotions, they are less so around salary. There is huge divergence in salary depending on who you are.
