Pros

Holds some of the top thinkers and makers in the industry, and the volume and prestige if the client base is phenomenal. Mucho opportunity there.

Cons

Agency resources, people, and services are not very well connected within the agency, despite the agency's outward story to clients and to staff on this point. Much of the magic inherent in creative is connecting - the work, the people, the tools, the celebration.

Pros

Culture: working with people who really value collaboration and building things together.

Cons

Bureaucracy: producers are a roadblock instead of a facilitator, not very fun for creative and strategy teams.

Pros

R/GA does great content work. There are a lot of diverse clients and great creative teams.

Cons

R/GA has a habit of promoting people based on longevity at the company not necessarily based on good performance.
