Good people, terrible politics and games

Pros

The people are (for the most part) great. The benefits are good, but be prepared to work all hours and days.

Cons

A few bad eggs that enjoy spreading rumors and gossiping. Leads to a bit of toxicity. No such thing as work life balance unless you’re on leadership.

Pros

Rewarding, exciting, reel worthy production work. Everyday is a challenge and there is always an opportunity to learn something new.

Cons

Sad culture, long hours, lacking strong management. There is no social community, which makes the long hours even more difficult. Not many associate level opportunities.

Pros

for XD, Production, and Copy it is a gold mine of opportunity and support. People are smart, creative, futurists. Vibe in the office is free, relaxed.

Cons

PR is more valuable than morale. Production more valuable than anyone. Allocations are unrealistic, projects get scoped by people not necessarily aware of the time they require by various disciplines. Too much excitement around social platforms and utilities and not enough around brand building and how to tell the right story for the brand in the long run. Story here is entirely dead. Yep, I said it. Not the place to go to make a brand super culturally relevant. Most junior staff begin in talent pool, have no boss, can't get a decent review, no one sees their successes, can't land a spot on a group, and often sit without work. I advised lots of mentees on this and its the shame of it, they are the most excited to be there.
