- A very diverse crowd – you get to meet a lot of talented people - You get a better work-life balance compared to traditional agencies (might be due to having more employees with young families). - Collaborative culture. You get to work with people from other office across the globe. Everyone's generally quite friendly and nice, very easy to work with
Cons
- Burnouts are quite frequent despite the better work-life balance. Can be quite overwhelming. - Very basic corporate insurance, compensation under market rate - Increments are quite miserable - Career progressions are not clear. Management promotions happen more frequently than others. - Your efforts can sometimes be undervalued and go unrecognised by management if you're a quiet worker
