R/GA is a great place to learn a lot quickly and gain deep understanding of how innovative and complicated programs of work are concepted and executed. The people that make up this agency are great - smart, talented, humble people who are kind colleagues and eventually become friends as well.

Cons

It can be a very political environment. You either quickly pick up on the political culture and are successful at navigating it, or you're not and it will be a pain point for you. Promotions are tough to come by but the experience overall is top notch regardless.
