Pros

Most of the people that you work with are great and it can be an interesting job at times. The pay is competitive for the area.

Cons

The benefits are horrible for a company of this size.Medical Insurance is at the minimum allowed by Obamacare and there is no 401k match what so ever. Raises are almost nonexistent and forget about a bonus unless you are part of upper management. The management there is about as disconnected from the workforce as humanly possible and only out to take care of themselves. It's just not a good environment anymore, and that's to bad because I used to really like my job!
