      Pros

      Secure for print industry. Strong company offers good work experience within a corporate environment

      Cons

      Low pay, minimal raises of 1% most years company wide due to "freezes". Upper management seems to focus more on bottom line than instituting best business practices.

      Pros

      You don't need to be too skilled to understand the way they work. Some of the departments are still using very old translation tools so whoever worked already in translation agency will feel like an expert.

      Cons

      Don't expect any pay raise. Prepare to work overtimes because 10 min before you finished your work client sends some super rush request. Chaos. They lure people with private health care but this is really claiming base policy. Not worth thinking of it

      decent pay, paid overtime, you can make good money if you're willing to work holidays

      Cons

      no advancement, mediocre benefits, poor life/work balance, sometimes kindly forced to work during holidays, no investment in technology for employees, no rewards towards hard work
