Pros
I work with great people, and it's a good environment. Local management is great and cares about the employee, family, etc.
Cons
There is a sense that the "big wigs" (everyone above local management) don't care about the base employee, as they have been shrinking benefits over the years and discourage the facility from approving requests for better equipment/tools to make project management more efficient). It just seems like they want us to do more with less (people, technology, etc.) so unfortunately, due to those constraints, it hinders those who make the company successful from being as 'cutting edge' as they could be.
