Pros

It was an excellent learning experience. Interesting, fast paced technology.

Cons

Managed by fear and threat during aquisition. Employees were not supported by their managers. Demanding clients were over promised without ROI. I hope this has changed

Very talented staff. Flexible on arrival times. Bring your child to work at your leisure, no one says anything

Cons

Management is outdated in their knowledge of technology. They do not care about their employees. Favoritism runs rampant. Originally a small boutique agency that does not realize they are now part of a large corporation. Overtime is expected as needed.

Wide variety of Clients and Accounts A lot of great and dedicated staff who it was a pleasure to work with Flexibility around working hours Good line Mgmt who gave you responsbility

Cons

Account Managers (Most but not all) are weak at negotiating with Clients resulting in projects been done cheaply and without resource commitments from the Client. Poor choices in Leadership roles in last few years have impacted the business
