      I have mostly enjoyed my time here so far. I like the people I work with. I have learned a lot and continue to do so.

      Communication could be improved from Upper Management.

      Pros

      Stable, old company with deep roots.

      Cons

      Back stabbing, spineless managers. Have the leadership of a chimpanzee. No support from supervisors. Trying to get help from management to solve issues is bothering them, wasting their time. "Open Door" policy, yea right. They use anything you say against you. Don't apply, I've been there 5 years too long.
