      Competitive base salary. Flexible WFH option

      Cons

      Weak benefit offering. No 401k match. No bonus available. Unstable corporate structure leading to lack of faith and turnover. Technology is far out of date. No culture or team unity. I met very few people who seemed to have any kind of passion about their job or the company.
