Benefits were the only good things about this company.

Cons

wages are not up to business standards within the industry. Upper management is not in tune with day to day performances conducted by their employees. No growth allowed.

Nice work/life balance. Great community involvement. Good Management. They are moving in the right direction with the changes in the print industry.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Decrease in benefits. Sporadic on bonus and raises.
