      Working at RR Donnelley is a living hell. Management doesn't have a clue what they're doing.

      Pros

      This company is one step up from working for a fast food giant. They love workforce reduction.

      Cons

      They keep taking benefits away from us and charging way too much for what we receive. Can't believe they keep the mismanagement we have. They reward upper management when they make $$ mistakes! The company is going downhill and they could care less. Don't apply ! You will be very disappointed as to how you'll be treated and the lies you'll hear straight from management.

      Some of management actually appreciated hard work and effort

      Most of senior management was not tuned in to what went on in the day to day drudgery and didn't really care as long as they were made to look good.
