      Pros

      The people you work with are for the most part, a great bunch of people to have both above and below you. There is room for advancement in IT across the board. If you do well, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      Long hours and mediocre benefits. There are certain times of the year when everyone puts in long hours, and by long, 60 hour weeks are the norm. This is pretty much is across the board. The benefits are OK, but there are certainly plenty of other places that have better. Due to the production work environment there's a fair amount of turn-over.

      Too many levels in designations, Lack of clarity on roles- A Client Manager AOAM in RRD almost always does the same work but paid differently
