      Immediate group is a great place to work

      Many of the folks can be rude and unprofessional. Seems most have not work for a company that trains it folks on diversity

      Great co-workers and work environment. Flexible work from home policy

      Cons

      No real training; Shadowing another employee on cold-calls only teaches you so much. Management is clearly limited by hierarchy of the organization. Management would like to implement some of the changes recommended by employees, but there is clearly no support from upper management. Management's lack of knowledge on the 3 company split was a huge red flag telling new employees to jump ship.
