Toxic, old, confused and full of underperformers

Pros

Flexible, goof work life balance. Became part of the company through acquistion.

Cons

Good talent is not retained and weak, clueless and insecure managers continue to hire underperformers. No clarity of role, everyone does and is encouraged to do everybody else's job.

I've made plenty of friends that I'm still friends with today.

Cons

Oh boy where to start. Management sucks. They've been purposely targeting me, preventing me from getting any higher up positions because I question them. High turnover rate because they keep everyone one constant overtime.
