      Pros

      Professional arena to work. Every think will be more professional. Rule is a rule in RRD. Internal job posting, Health insurance, medical allowances, are some of the good features of RRD. Each and ever additional second in a office will be paid as OT pay

      Cons

      Salary is not good enough. 6 days work in a week is a hectic thing. 9 hours shift is a negative point of RRD, also week offs are not in Saturday and Sunday, Rotational shift, week off, are some of the negative face of RRD

      Pros

      A temporary paycheck until you find something better

      Cons

      Low wages, no sick days (yes, you read it right), formula for accruing vacation days that is difficult to figure out, if you work off-site main office doesn't know you exist, lousy health benefits, lack of communication throughout the company, absolutely no recognition for work well done, no bonus, no upward mobility, and an insulting pay raise

      Pros

      Family-type culture. One of the most open and welcoming work environments I've ever experienced. Invested significantly in leadership development, to the benefit of its employees.

      Cons

      Now defunct. This company was sales-driven to a fault. Struggled mightily to keep up with changes in the marketplace because of entrenched interests determined to maintain the status quo.
