As of now, they still have good insurance benefits.

Cons

The Print business is in a major free fall; everything is going to the Web. RRD has survived the last few years by gobbling up their competition. They only see the bottom line, don't care about employees or customers.

Cons

Pay is way lower than other equivalent workplaces; Human Resources rules the roost, and unfortunately they are highly disconnected to the frontlines
