      A steady paycheck. Office location. Good team all stuck in the same rut.

      Cons

      Management has their own personal agenda and that is to keep unqualified people leading global teams. They are not concerned with what their direct reports have to say nor are they interested in making changes so long as metrics are met.

      Pros

      Hours were flexible.Overtime sometimes available during the week. Weekends off. Reasonable shift hours. Independent work encouraged. Nice coworkers. Location in regards to distance from home and school was reasonable.

      Cons

      Under staffed,little to no training for "new hats" no room for climbing the ladder. Under apppreciated for above and beyond teamwork monetarily. Lack of resources to truly excell.
